En dix ans, la superficie médiane des terrains a reculé de 18 % au niveau national. Cette réduction concerne la plupart des territoires et est plus prononcée en zone détendue. Alors que cette diminution s’est produite de manière relativement homogène sur l’ensemble du territoire au cours de la décennie 2010, les zones les plus tendues se singularisent, depuis la crise sanitaire, par un mouvement opposé d’augmentation des surfaces.
